Good night sleep
It has helped in getting the hamster wheel in my head to calm down at night and no grogginess that I sometimes get with melatonin. The sleep has been good and solid.

Sweet Sleep
This is a new product, thought I'd give it try because I have purchased other sleep products from Green Roads. I like the packaging, very easy to carry in my back pack for travel. I was surprised that the product volume was so little. I have used this on several occasions and find it works really well for me. Not only did I fall asleep quickly I was able to sleep all night. I had no morning grogginess and felt great.
