Shipping Policy

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day when you place your order before 2pm PT, Monday-Friday. However, please allow up to 24-72 hours to process and ship your order. Orders are processed weekdays between 9:30am and 4pm PT. All orders placed at any other time, on during US federal holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Most Priority Mail Express orders placed before 12pm noon M-F will ship out same-day.  

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for qualifying orders. Please check our website for qualification requirements.

Free shipping qualifications are calculated based on your final cart price, after applicable promotions, discount codes and rewards points redemptions are deducted.

Delivery Times

Once your order is processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, it may be shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail (larger orders) and will usually be delivered within 2 to 8 business days after your order is processed.

Where do we ship? offers shipping to most US states (please check our product pages to see specific restrictions). Shipping is available to APO/FPO addresses. At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Incorrect addresses

Please make sure to carefully review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. Incorrect address submissions may result in delayed delivery, or returned packages. In the event of the package being returned to due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, the package will not be reshipped until a 15% restocking and shipping fee is payed by the customer.

Order mishaps

We take the utmost care in ensuring that your order is packed and shipped timely and accurately. But, accidents or mishaps may still occur. If, upon receipt, your order contains damaged, missing or incorrect items, please report these within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide a picture of the packing slip and the items at issue received. Once your claim has been approved, we will assist you in correcting the issue.

Returning Items

Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products. Upon approval and receipt of the unopened, untampered product(s), a refund may be issued for that item after a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items back to us. Please note that shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Privacy and discretion

All orders from are shipped in plain, nondescript envelopes or boxes. The shipping label on your package will come from ‘Marketplace Ventures’.
