Fake shipping info

I have ordered consistently from Binoid for over a year. I am now on my third instance of super delayed shipping. The worst part is the email they send with a tracking number is completely useless. Fiction. I have an email stating mailed on 7/5. I emailed them on 7/15 asking for a refund, as my product has not moved beyond Florida (at Binoid's PO). I was told that they had delays due to the holiday and an influx of orders. The package actually left the warehouse in the 10th. What? They are sending out false shipping information? Why? The package was mailed on the 10th, according to them, and if the tracking info doesn't update by the 18th, they'll look into it further. Seriously, maybe they shouldn't charge the card until the order actually ships. I use THC exclusively to treat anxiety and depression, since I left big pharma 2 years ago. Now I have no product and my med money is in Binoid's bank. I know they be all chill up in there, with the "cannastoner" and "ya boi Carl" nonsense, but I'm an adult with a budget and I do not appreciate being lied to. I'm going to post this review on Binoid's website. . . . I bet you'll never find it on there
