Flavor OK works great!
This is not my favorite flavor (I also use their other flavors). I thought I would like the taste more as I like raspberry lemonade but I must say these things work wonders!It takes about an hour before I begin to feel the effects and they most definitely help me sleep. I have broken vertebrae in my back and pinched nerves keeping me in almost constant pain. While I can make it through the day, these little guys ensure I can get a decent night's sleep as well.
